Easy Return, Exchange and Refund
At True Step, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our refund, exchange, and return policies below:
- All sales are final, and we do not offer cash refunds.
- You may exchange your purchase within 07 days of receiving it, provided the item is in original condition, with tags attached/uncut, and in its original True Step packaging.
- If a product's price is reduced during a sale or promotion, exchanges will be processed at the new, discounted price.
- Items that are used or damaged are not eligible for exchange.
- Claims for damaged items must be made within 3 days of purchase. For online orders, please report any damage within 3 days of delivery.
- If a claim is accepted, a coupon of equal value will be issued, redeemable online only.
- Processing exchanges and claims may take 1–2 weeks.
- Fragrances and accessories, such as jewelry, undergarments, bags, sunglasses, and belts, cannot be exchanged.
- Send the product via a trackable courier service that provides a tracking number and proof of delivery.
